De la elección reciente no brotará un congreso ilegítimo o un congreso que no representa a la sociedad mexicana. Pero surgirá una Cámara de Diputados con enormes dificultades para decidir y para conformar, junto con el Ejecutivo un gobierno eficaz. Ahí está nuestro entuerto básico. Este año el gran hoyo de la gobernación cumplirá doce años. Desde 1997 flotamos en el mundo sin una coalición gobernante. Tenemos gobierno pero no tenemos capacidad de gobernar. Si queremos curar al paciente habrá que hacer la tomografía antes de dejarnos sobornar por los quejidos.
No nos distraigamos: los cambios necesarios están en la órbita del régimen presidencial y del arreglo federal. Ahí está la reforma urgente.

Hello World, welcome! My tumblelog is a less structured variant of a blog, mostly related to "microblogging". It contains random thoughts, images and what ever moves me. It does not have a defined thematic, it is only a flow of unexpected consciousness.
